Travel Booking Process

· Initial meeting to discuss plans- We will set up a one on one meeting to discuss all the details of your trip, traveling party, your budget, and any other information that would pertain to your vacation.
· Provide a travel quote- I will take all the information that was gathered in our initial meeting and provide you with a quote promptly.
· Follow up meeting to discuss quote- We can set up another meeting to discuss the quote and I will answer any questions you might have about your travel quote.
· Book travel- After you have approved the quote I will book the travel and make any payment necessary to the booking the trip. I will also keep an eye on your trip to see if any promotions may come out that would benefit you on the cost of the trip.
· Follow up after travel- We can set up a meeting after you get back to discuss your trip. I want to know the good things and the not so good things that happened on the trip. That way I can help you and future clients with their trips to the same destination.
